Artisan Breads

Each and every day our bakers start with the finest and freshest ingredients and mix fresh batches of dough, hand shape our artisan breads and then bake them to perfection in our stone deck oven.  Our signature breads include our Baguette, Brioche, Ciabatta, Country White, Focaccia, Honey Wheat, Italian Country, Marble Rye, Multigrain, Rosemary and Sourdugh.  In addition, on select days of the week, we prepare our specialty bread.......Apricot Hazelnut, Challah, Chocolate Cherry, Garlic Herb, Golden Raisin, Jalapeno Cheddar, Mediterranean Olive and our world famous Raisin Cinnamon Pecan bread.  Our breads come in a multitude of shapes and sizes from sliders, buns and kaiser rolls to pull-apart rolls, panini, hoagies, stadium rolls and on up to our single and double hand shaped full loaves to our pan shaped sliced loaves. Our breads can be purchased either in our cafes' or in fine grocers around Central Oregon.  You will also find our breads being served at many fine dining establishments around Central Oregon.  Any bread that is not sold daily is donated to local charities.  Email us at info@dilusso.com for additional information about the preparation of our breads.  For information about the wholesale purchase of our bread products for your business, please e-mail Misty at mlee@dilusso.com or call us at (541) 388-8164 or 1-866-DILUSSO.
