In warm weather, we recommend Heat Protection to prevent the icing from melting. We carefully package your items in a thermally lined box with ice blankets.
If your package has been exposed to temperatures over 80 degrees, it's advisable to place the unopened package in a freezer or refrigerator for 10-15 minutes. This will help "reset" the icings on the biscotti.
