Yes, we offer digital gift certificates delivered via email within 24 hours. Each certificate includes instructions for easy redemption at checkout, with no additional processing fees. Please note: Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law.

Can I schedule a gift certificate for a specific date?
Yes! You can select the delivery date for your gift certificate during checkout. Follow the prompts to enter the recipient’s email, name, a personalized message (up to 200 characters), and the preferred delivery date.

Do you offer corporate or holiday gifting options for multiple recipients?
Absolutely! We make corporate and holiday gifting easy with customized options for orders of 5 or more recipients. Simply email us at orders@be-bop.net with the subject line "BE-BOP GIFTING" and include your list of recipient addresses. We’ll calculate any applicable discounts and send a draft order for you to complete. (Please note: Volume discounts apply to single-location shipments only. For multi-recipient gifting, separate pricing applies.)


Pickup Orders

Do you offer a pickup option?
Yes! We offer a convenient pickup option for local customers at our wholesale bakery in Redmond, Oregon.

How do I place a pickup order?
To arrange a pickup, email your order details and preferred pickup date and time to orders@be-bop.net. We’ll respond with confirmation and an invoice for online payment. Once payment is completed, your order will be prepared for pickup.

How far in advance should I place my order?
For orders of 1 to 5 dozen, please allow 1-2 business days for preparation. Larger orders or seasonality may require up to two weeks’ notice. While same-day pickups are occasionally possible, we cannot guarantee them.

Where do I pick up my order?
Pickup is available in Redmond, OR. The exact address and easy pickup instructions will be provided with your order confirmation.

What are your pickup hours?
Pickup hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM. If you need to pick up after 2:00 PM, we can typically arrange for later pickup.

Do you offer walk-in pickups?
No, we do not accommodate walk-in pickups. All orders must be pre-arranged.

What should I bring to pick up my order?
Please bring a copy of your paid invoice (digital or printed) when collecting your order.

Is there a discount for pickup orders?
Yes! Pickup orders are $2 less per dozen compared to delivered prices, unless otherwise noted at confirmation.

Are there additional fees for pickup?
No, there are no additional fees for the pickup option.

What is a biscotti?
A biscotti is a type of Italian cookie that is twice-baked, making it crunchy and typically enjoyed with a beverage such as coffee, tea, or wine. The word "biscotti" comes from the Latin words "bis" (meaning twice) and "coctus" (meaning cooked), which describes its unique preparation process. Biscotti originated in the region of Tuscany, Italy, where they were historically made as a practical, long-lasting food for travelers and soldiers. The twice-baking process removes most moisture, giving them their extended shelf life.

Are Be-Bop Biscotti softer than traditional biscotti?
Yes! Be-Bop Biscotti are crafted to be a delightful twist on traditional biscotti—slightly softer for a more enjoyable bite. Perfectly indulgent on their own or paired with your favorite beverage, they offer the ideal balance of flavor and texture without requiring a dunk (unless you want to, of course!).

What is included in the Variety Dozen?
The Be-Bop Biscotti Variety Dozen includes 12 biscotti in 6 of our most popular flavors, each individually wrapped for peak freshness—perfect for gifting. Flavors are noted on the Variety Dozen page and may vary.

What is the Retail Counter Display?
Our Retail Counter Display is a compact, 8" x 8" chipboard stand designed to hold four flavors. It ships flat (empty) for easy storage and requires minimal assembly, making it an ideal showcase for Be-Bop Biscotti in retail settings.

Can I order a custom assortment of biscotti?
While we don’t break dozens for custom assortments, our Variety Dozen provides a pre-selected mix of popular flavors. For larger orders, you can select different flavors by the dozen.

Which biscotti flavors contain nuts?
The following flavors contain nuts:

Note: While not all of our flavors contain nuts, all products are made in a shared facility that handles nuts, so there may be cross-contamination. Individuals with severe nut allergies should exercise caution.

How should I store my biscotti once it arrives?
Be-Bop Biscotti should be stored in a cool, dry place to maintain their ideal texture and flavor. Avoid exposure to direct sunlight or heat. Open-air storage is not recommended for more than serving, as it may affect freshness. For guidance on the best storage practices, check the best by date printed in blue ink on each individual biscotti wrapper.

Can I freeze or refrigerate biscotti?
We do not recommend storing our biscotti in the freezer or refrigerator, as this can cause condensation inside the packaging, potentially impacting shelf life, texture and flavor. However, if your package was exposed to high temperatures during transit, you may briefly place the unopened package in a freezer or refrigerator for 10-15 minutes. This helps reset icings and toppings before opening.

What should I do if my biscotti are exposed to heat during transit?
If your package has been exposed to temperatures over 80 degrees, it's advisable to place the unopened package in a freezer or refrigerator for 10-15 minutes. This will help "reset" the icings on the biscotti. Opening your package before cooling may cause toppings to stick to the packaging and not recover as nicely.

      Volume Discounts

      How do I qualify for Volume Discounts?
      Volume discounts are available when you order multiple dozens shipped to a single location. Discounts are automatically applied at checkout.

      What are the Volume Discount rates?
      Our volume-based pricing is as follows:

      • 1 dozen: $42.00
      • 2 dozens: $33.00 each
      • 3 dozens: $30.00 each
      • 5 dozens: $25.00 each
      • 10 dozens: $20.00 each
      • 60 dozens: $18.50 each

      (Note: Variety Dozens cost an additional $0.50 each.)

      Important: These rates apply only to orders shipped to a single location. For orders shipping to multiple locations, please see 'Gift Options' above.

      Do I need to do anything before checkout to make sure the discount is applied?

      Order and Tracking

      Can I track my order?
      Yes, once your order is placed, you’ll receive tracking information to monitor your shipment. If you create an account, you can also view your order history and track all your purchases.

      Can I specify a delivery date?
      If you have a specific date by which you need your biscotti, add it to the order notes. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request or notify you if we foresee any issues.

      When should I place my order to ensure timely seasonal holiday delivery?
      We process orders for shipment within 3-5 business days under normal conditions. During the holiday season, processing times may extend due to high order volumes. Current processing times are typically displayed in our website header. If you have a specific delivery date request, please include it in the order notes section.

      Once shipped from Central Oregon, transit times with UPS vary by location and are subject to potential delays due to weather or holiday volume. Estimated UPS ground transit times are as follows:

      West Coast (CA, WA, OR, NV, ID): 1-3 business days
      Central U.S. (MT, WY, CO, UT, AZ, NM, ND, SD, NE, KS, OK, TX): 2-4 business days
      Midwest and South (MN, IA, MO, AR, LA): 3-5 business days
      East Coast (all states east of the Mississippi River): 4-6 business days

      For holiday deliveries, we recommend allowing an additional 5-7 business days for UPS transit to account for potential weather and volume-related delays.


      Heat Protection and Handling

      How can I protect my biscotti from heat damage?
      We offer a Heat Protection option for an additional cost. Your items will be packaged in a thermally lined box with ice blankets to prevent heat damage during transit. We recommend selecting one liner per shipping case, with each case holding up to 10 dozen. Please note: Be-Bop Biscotti is not responsible for heat-related damages if the Heat Protection option is not selected at checkout.

      What should I do if my package has been exposed to high temperatures?

      Order Changes

      How can I change my order details (address corrections, order modifications)?
      For any changes to your order details, such as address corrections or modifications, please contact us at orders@be-bop.net as soon as possible. We’ll accommodate requests if the order has not yet shipped. If your order is already in transit, a $25 rerouting fee may apply for address changes.

      Can I return my order if I change my mind?
      Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on perishable goods.

      Can I cancel my order?
      Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.

      What if my order is damaged in transit?
      If your order arrives damaged, please report it promptly. We may require photos of the damage or an inspection by a UPS representative. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.

      What if my refund is late?

      Founded by a jazz-loving pastry chef in 1999 in Bend, Oregon, Be-Bop Biscotti has become a premier supplier of gourmet biscotti, available online and at select retailers.

      Are there any additional discounts or distributors?
      Yes, we offer additional discounts for palletized orders. If you’re interested in ordering Be-Bop Biscotti via pallet shipments (over 320 dozen), please contact accounting@be-bop.net for distributor setup. Palletized orders are typically shipped via a common carrier, usually arranged by the purchaser, with a lead time of up to 4 weeks during busier months.

      How are orders shipped?
      Orders are shipped from our bakery in Oregon via UPS. We offer cases that hold either 5 or 10 dozen biscotti, with volume discounts available for these increments.
